Why not give volunteering a try? You'll be glad you did!

In 2007 we received the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service - the only voluntary group in East Sussex to receive the Award that year. It is not simply that we care about all people affected by MS in our area, it is also because we care about our volunteers!

We want you to join us to help us to help others - but we also want it to be a life-changing experience for you. The majority of our volunteers have MS or they are Carers.

Why volunteer?

While making a difference, you'll get something out of the experience yourself.
You can:

  • give something back to the community
  • do something that's important to you
  • have fun
  • meet new people
  • gain useful new skills
  • try something new
  • build confidence and self esteem
  • take on new challenges
  • share your skills to help others
  • make better life and career plans

What can I do?

Whatever your age or interests there is always something to do.
You can help by, for example:

>Supporting people >Assisting with planning, admin or finance >Raising money
>Campaigning >Raising awareness >Driving >Volunteering at our Centre
